Highlights
- Customers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their reservation or tour
- Clients must sign PARTICIPANT & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
- Clients must sign and follow the SAFETY RULES & REGULATIONS, OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND EMERGENCY PROTOCOL
- Parent’s or Guardian’s must sign indemnification for participants under the age of 18 and minimum height (5’5”)
- Guides will provide verbal operational instructions and safety information
